BRCC uses the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate the beans. This more time-consuming method uses only water to wash and rewash caffeine out of the coffee beans, helping keep every cup clean, smooth, and high quality. Chemical shortcuts can be harsh on the beans, so the extra time is worth it to deliver one of the best decaf coffees on the market.
