Fire Department Coffee (FDC) is a premium American coffee brand founded in 2016 by Luke Schneider, a U.S. Navy veteran and former firefighter/paramedic. Based in Rockford, Illinois, the company has strong roots in the firefighter, first responder, and military veteran communities.

The brand was built around a simple idea: delivering great-tasting coffee to people who understand the demands of long shifts, overnight calls, and challenging service. Using a proprietary infusion process, unroasted coffee beans are infused with real premium spirits such as bourbon, Irish whiskey, and rum.
