Blackout Coffee Company is a family-owned American coffee roaster from Florida built around a simple idea – fresh, bold and uncompromising coffee. What started as a small garage operation in 2018 has grown into a well-known coffee brand serving customers throughout the United States.
Blackout Coffee offers everything from classic light, medium and dark roasts to a wide range of flavored coffees. The lineup includes combinations such as Salted Caramel Mocha, Hazelnut Creme, French Vanilla, Blueberry Crumble, Cinnamon French Toast and other bold dessert-inspired American flavors.
Every batch is roasted in Florida with a strong focus on freshness, consistency and full-bodied flavor. Blackout Coffee has built its identity around American character and a community of people who value hard work, freedom, the outdoors, shooting sports and military culture.
Through its Operation Blackout initiative, the company also supports Americans serving overseas by sending coffee and care packages to deployed personnel.

Blackout Coffee Company – Bold American Coffee from Florida
Blackout Coffee Company was founded in Florida in 2018 as a small family business created by John and Rachael Santos. Their goal was to make coffee that was fresh, bold and uncompromising in quality. What began in a home garage gradually developed into a modern roasting operation in Fort Pierce, Florida, where Blackout Coffee roasts and ships its coffee today.
The brand focuses heavily on fresh roasting and bold flavor. Alongside traditional coffee blends, Blackout offers a large selection of creative flavored coffees ranging from familiar vanilla, caramel and hazelnut to combinations inspired by classic American desserts.
Blackout Coffee is also about more than coffee. The brand has strong ties to the American military, shooting and first responder communities. Through its Operation Blackout program, the company sends coffee and care packages to Americans serving overseas, connecting its coffee community with those serving far away from home.
